Early in, early out, busy day, fun day

Restaurant Manager (Former Employee) Cleveland, OH

ProsGet out early if you have accomplished your goals for the days, Managers eat free. OT was nice to have, it helped considering your pay was so low.

ConsGet in EARLY, YOU wake up the Rooster! Turnover was very high. Owners and DM had the mentality that they had plenty of applicants and everyone was replacable, no REAL value on people.

Advice to Senior ManagementDevelop the DM role so it is actually a support role for employees not a maint man. Owners need to slow down the expansion to keep up with their current staffing and issues. Pay is well below what is deserved for the amount of responsibilities you have. Meals should be free.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

They expect you to work hard, but they don't want to promote and properly compensate you.
