“underpaid, overworked and victim to favoritism”
Former Employee – worked at Dunkin
Pros – free coffee, people, on site gym, early release Fridays
Cons – salary is biased and not consistent from one person to the next in the same position; it's possible to supervise someone making significantly more than you; ridiculous review and performance procedure that changes yearly; HR department is unprofessional, inept and catty.
Advice to Senior Management – survey your employees, but listen to them this time. many surveys over the years, but no changes based on the feedback...empty promises
