Small company, easy to talk to management about ideas and have your voice heard. You'll get feedback instantly. Some people have the impression that Dunlop is a large corporation, but its really a handful of people. Everyone is accessible from marketing to sales to engineering. The people are genuinely nice. Very informal culture... no suits and ties to be found anywhere.

Business is consistent even during rough years.

A good place to work if you're motivated and are familiar with the rock music scene.

Bad network infrastructure, projects are slow to get moving, due to the small size resources can be somewhat limited.
