Employer was great to work for; very understanding and lenient, often bought drinks at the end of the day for the crew and kept a relaxed and comfortable work atmosphere. More often than not, a very agreeable crew of coworkers. Great customers and awesome regulars. Unbeatable perks and tips. Rate beginning @ min wage + tips.

Cons

Pertaining to the biz world, incompetent branch owner (doesn't take inventory, doesn't listen to customer reviews, doesn't listen to ideas or constructive criticism, etc.). Empty promises including raises and partial company ownership. Must be liked to be kept on staff. Biz hours often opt to change without notice based on range of sales. Hours only available based on "current friendliness" of employer.

Advice to Senior Management

Listen more carefully to shareholders, customers and employees. Keep your word in order to keep your employees and regulars. Stop pinching pennies to solve your financial problems and consider better methods of marketing and advertising (word of mouth only goes so far).
