Dunn-Edwards – “compamy changing for the worst....”

Pros

They currently have affordable insurance for the employees.They do offer training if you can jump thru the hoops and fit their mold.The company picnics and get togethers were fun for the whole family..

Cons

They no longer have company picinics where you could get together and see felllow employees from other stores.The insurance is costing more and quality and deductables are increasing.Current Managers have had to reapply and reinterview in order to keep their current jobs.Older employees are being pushed out and being replaced by young girls with no paint or sales training.They have extended their hours of operation to include holidays and sundays.

Advice to Senior Management

Get back to the basics and treat employees with respect.Bring back the company get togethers so everbody knows everybody,so the employees feel their on the same team..
