Dupont – “A good chemical company”
Pros
Good pay compatible with peer companies. Work on some high quality research work. Good managers I have met. Many smart engineers.
Cons
The company is facing many challenges in the future due to out of data products and challenging from company from China.
Advice to Senior Management
The challenging the company is facing need the manager to be more aggressive to make to work done. The old company culture need change.
