DuPont cares well for it's employees in terms of work life balance, respect for people and learning. Not a very aggressive company though. Excellent place for someone seeking stability.

Cons

Red tape & bureaucracy can get discouraging sometimes. The salaries are a bit on the lower side there by not attracting the best young people.

Advice to Senior Management

The leadership in DuPont has to be more action oriented, execution focussed and less bureaucratic. The management should focus on ensuring that all employees are putting in some effort and be strict with non - workers.
