Pros

Free food. Nice people at the engineering level. Very cool and interesting technology. Seemed to have a good company culture below management level.

Cons

Management not very hands on in some ways. Definite example of the typical split of opinion between management and base level engineering about how clueful management was technically.

Advice to Senior Management

Pay closer attention to the rumbles from engineering at the grassroots. Make sure everyone has the resources to do their jobs effectively.
