Pros

genuine people, relaxed, casual environment, respectful of eachother and clients, fun environment - they work hard and play hard (fun events, contests, pot lucks, etc.). Employees take work seriously, and go the extra mile for clients and eachother. Open to suggestions and new ideas. Do a good job communicating with employees by hosting quarterly forums run by the CEO/CFO.

Cons

offices are geographically dispersed, so sometimes communication is difficult. but several VP's visit the offices regularly to meet with the teams, so that helps out.

Advice to Senior Management

continue employee feedback. maybe more posts to the intranet from SVPs and CEO/CFO to let everyone know what's goign on?
