Pros

the only advantage is that you are sure what you signed for is what you get nothing special

Cons

war zone dangers as usual

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Can you just look at what one can actually do rather than keeping one person in one position we got talent

I have been working at DynCorp International full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

The work is interesting and management has increased other positions available throughout Afghanistan; however, with positions being cut many employees are unsure on their job after October 31st, but DynCorp has started to improve in this area.

    Cons

After 20 months on contract DynCorp leadership is starting to take notice on how the employees are treated. Living conditions are okay but if leadership took an active part on working on the little things, house cleaning, laundry service, individual spaces and cleaning supplies as an example morale could be improved in a short time.

    Pros

Competitive salary with good compensation package

    Cons

Working hours are unhuman and frustrating

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There should be atleast one day off in a week. Workinf seven days a week diminishes the employees' productivity exponentially
