I have been working at DynCorp International as a contractor (More than a year)

Pros

the only advantage is that you are sure what you signed for is what you get nothing special

Cons

war zone dangers as usual

Advice to Management

Can you just look at what one can actually do rather than keeping one person in one position we got talent

    Great people, very friendly, good pay

    Cons

    disorganized, not enough training, deadlines always at last minute, extreme miscommunication.

    Advice to Management

    You need to be more organized and really figure out the base of the problem before you try to fix it.

    Competitive salary with good compensation package

    Working hours are unhuman and frustrating

    Advice to Management

    There should be atleast one day off in a week. Workinf seven days a week diminishes the employees' productivity exponentially
