    I have been working at DynCorp International full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    -Compensation is above average for the market
    -Flexibility is seen with management for all things
    -Leadership is top notch with great direction and communication
    -People are great to work with and create a great team environment

    Cons

    -This is a contract job so the stress of making sure that the contract is won again from the customer can make it very stressful.
    -Not much else I can find as a con. Really enjoy my job. Been a long time.

    I worked at DynCorp International full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    20+ dollars an hour with excellent chances for overtime. steady hours. Government holidays off.

    Cons

    No chance for growth, management is handpicked and employee complaints are swept under the table. Under performing repair teams get more pay through extra overtime to avoid red lining. Stellar employees are ordered to assist bad ones and receive less pay because they finish thier tasks. performance has no reward.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Dyncorp corporate needs to get in touch with thier contract teams and fix this problem that allows underperforming teams to gain more pay than stellar ones.
