I worked at DynCorp International full-time (more than a year)

Pros

A great opportunity to develop your team building skills, network with people in the same job skill sets. Pay and benifits are about average for the industry.

Cons

Higher management needs to quit being concerned with taking care of the "overhead" personnel and focus on the true money generators who are out in the "field" doing the actual work that is billed

I worked at DynCorp International as a contractor (more than a year)

    Pros

What I like about DynCorp Intl. is that they offer many training programs, decent salary, paid accommodation and travel tickets.

    Cons

Not easy to get promotion. Sometimes people end up working something totally different from what they were hired to do, but it takes a lot of time to get a change of job title and salary on the contract.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

"Always change processes and structures while they still function."
