LOGCAP exsperience does not seem to be of value nor does certifications over degrees.

Cons

No promotions or advancement opportunities exist for Property personnel.

Change your promotions and salaries for property personnel.

    HAS A STEADY INCOME DUE TO LONGIVITY OF CURRENT CONTRACT

    you get paid on time and the company is over all good oversea in war area but it new to the game

    Cons

    staffing needed adjustments oversea pay scale should be max to keep good worker in there field of work

    to have a nutral promotion board to property promote well educated worker along with there job skills
