Former Employee - Senior Advisor in Kabul (Afghanistan)

I worked at DynCorp International full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

A great opportunity to develop your team building skills, network with people in the same job skill sets. Pay and benifits are about average for the industry.

    Cons

Higher management needs to quit being concerned with taking care of the "overhead" personnel and focus on the true money generators who are out in the "field" doing the actual work that is billed
