    There's a wide variety of people from all different walks of life, backgrounds and cultures.
    Depending on your job, you'll get to travel extensively for personal and business.

    Cons

    Some disorganization, nepotism/buddy system that can often cause in overlooking true deserving employees in favor of someone's friend or relative.
