There's a wide variety of people from all different walks of life, backgrounds and cultures.
Depending on your job, you'll get to travel extensively for personal and business.

Cons

Some disorganization, nepotism/buddy system that can often cause in overlooking true deserving employees in favor of someone's friend or relative.

    Pros

    This job helped Enhance discipline and attention to detail. Great networking ability. Teamwork.

    Cons

    Had to work very long hours. Had to work in a danger zone. Unclean bathrooms at times. The food was not that great.

    I have been working at DynCorp International as a contractor (more than 8 years)

    Pros

    Have had a great time living and working in Germany. Tax free money is not nothing to complain about. Missions can be a lot fun in different countries if you can manage to get on a road team.

    Cons

    If you have a family that you want to see on a regular bases then this job can be difficult. Germany is expensive and only gets more expensive when you bring family.
