I have been working at DynCorp International full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

The pay is good. Internal opportunities exists. If you work for the U.S. Based DI, the benefits are outstanding. If you work for the foreign subsidiaries, there are lots of opportunities to work in foreign lands.

    Cons

Much of the work is based on government contracts therefore the long term stability is challenging. If you are looking for a long term company, you have to be sure what you are applying for.
