Pros

Competitive pay and the work they do in very difficult situations. In general good people within your work group family. Benefits are on par with other goverment contractors.

Cons

Management is in silo's and does not communicate well with different departments. Dis-connects between corporate office and the Fort Worth/Florida office.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Improve communications to team members. Have a better understanding of the actions that are being put in place so that team members are not put in a position to fail.

Shell game; entire business model seems like a bait and switch for expectations they've sold the gov't.

    Pros

Salary was above average and offices were clean, well-kept. Overall competence and motivation of employees is good. Bottom Line: They pay well, but part of that is because they are negotiated into contracts.

    Cons

Controller overrules other departments by cutting their budgets.
    Zero corporate governance.
All decisions made in Falls Church, FW seen as backwater..

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be careful that you don't end up on the front page of the WSJ again, people might not be so forgiving.
