Dynamex – “Great people where the rubber meets the road! The management however..................................”

Pros

The people on the ground are just great! Just good solid people to work with. I have seen several very talented people leave because the have just been beat down to the point where they cannot take it anymore.

Cons

The support from the upper management for the most part is lacking. The only feedback from VP's is negative never ANY positive reinforcement.

Advice to Senior Management

Take the time reward the folks who are doing a good job and not just focus on the negative. A simple phone call to say thank you goes a long way.
