Dynamic Logic Employee Review

I have been working at Dynamic Logic

Pros – The people are nice, management is relaxed. One has the ability to learn more technical skills, but must be self-motivated.

Cons – No real direction for career or pay growth. No in-house infrastructure to educate employees. Pay is ok, but not great. Work can become tedious and repetitive if one isn't a self-starter and creates a niche capability.

Advice to Senior Management – Give people a clear path to career growth, not just a new title.
