- General commitment to delivering quality service to the client
- Some focus on maintaining integrity and ethics
- Good work/life balance

Cons

- Low growth and little risk taking with proposals
- Little technical strategy to maintain relevance
- Little opportunity to use or develop new skills because of the above cons
- Sets the bar at a little less than average

    Pros

    Good pay, decent culture, engaging

    Cons

    Lots of corporate culture shoved down your throat, lots of random work that you weren't really signed up for, random layoffs

    Pros

    Innovative, Communicative, Cared about Knowledge Leaders. Former CEO Tim Keenan was driven by strength of character and integrity.

    Cons

    Hires in 2010-2011 brought with them cronies from their old jobs, and changed the company a bit. Earlier round of ex-booz folks brought in money (through consulting) but the flavor of the company changed a bit from an engineer-run company to a consultant run one.

    Advice to Management

    Be VERY careful about new hires. Indoctrinate them into the corporate culture, and do 360 reviews to make SURE they're a match for your values.
