    I worked at Dynasplint

    Pros

I had the opportunity to work for Dynasplint until the problems with Insurance benefits. I thought it was a company with integrity and coached and taught on the highest levels of ethics and honor. I was a President's Club member in the Neur- division and soared in my Territory. I had all the support from my manager to the national sales manager. If you are an entry level employee, their sales training helped me a great deal.

    Cons

I wish I could have had the opportunity to work with a CRM and left with the training as I see a lot of companies looking for it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I hope they can recapture their contracts and regain the Neuro market. There is a lot of people to help there.

I have been working at Dynasplint

    Pros

Great product, it's respected and everyone knows what it is in the orthopedic field, making it easy to get into accounts.
Nice people work for this company.

    Cons

Company has gone through serious financial problems, making getting bonuses nearly impossible due to slow pay.
Insurance problems day in and day out.
Takes a long time for people to get their splints because it goes through long authorization processes with insurance companies first.
Reps have to sell, fit patients, and follow up as well as do all the paperwork. It's like 3 jobs in one.
Very small expense account ($75 per month).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

God bless you for what you've been through and are currently still dealing with.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
