Great employees and always a very exciting place to work. You are able to make what you want of the experience.

Cons

I did not like that there was no office for the interns to go to. I also would have like more one-on-one discussions.

Advice to Senior Management

My advice would be to provide more opportunities for advancement within the company. I also think better communication is necessary.
