Pros

There are nice people in the office.
Easy access to interstate.
Pay is in line with other companies in the area.

Cons

People are trying to save their jobs by throwing others under the bus.
No opportunity for advancement.
Benefits are cut to the point of almost being uninsured.
No communication.
Promotions based upon tenure, not capability.

Advice to Senior Management

There needs to be better communication and acknowledment of employees. Pay attention to the employees and let themknow they are valued instead of reminding them after multiple layoffs they are lucky to have a job.
