Pros

Great flexibility with your schedule, several shifts are offered. The benifits this company offers are great, including 4 weeks of paid time off from day one which is much higher than the industry standard. The salary is not bad, but is is not enough to keep you from looking for another job.

Cons

the company is constantly being investigated for some sort of legal issue such as interpositioning in trades and things of that nature. Also they are starting to heavily rely upon call center reps based in the Philipines who don't know the first thing about the brokerage industry, or english for that matter.

Advice to Senior Management

Hire domestic workers!
