Pros

Fast paced environment. Get to speak to people of different backgrounds and learn new things on a daily basis. Alllows you to keep up with the investment world and relay that information to investors. Opportunity to educate investors and prospects on self directed investing. You get to trade in your own accounts at the employee discount rate, which isn't bad. Hard to find many positives, cause there were very few for me. Colleagues are fun to work with and make it a little bit easier to get through the day. Trading systems were very good and easy to use for me.

Cons

Entirely too many calls on daily basis. 100 plus calls a day with the majority of them coming from somebody that has trouble with the English language and they are upset about something. Company and team leads and managers are too controlling. Something screws up on a daily basis. Whether it's the website or trading systems or anything else you can think of, there's a good chance it will be broken when you get to work or before you leave. The company is being ran in to the ground and they expect you to work "mandatory" "voluntary" overtime to help explain this to the customers.

Advice to Senior Management

Sell the company or merge with TD or Schwab.
