Pros
The size of the company means there's less overhead to be bogged down with. There is opportunity to get stuff done and work on interesting projects.
Cons
The atmosphere and morale is pretty low. People crowd around the TV showing CNBC whenever the stock takes a dive.
Advice to Senior Management
Try to boost morale somehow at the company
