I worked at E*TRADE Financial full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

There are some advancement opportunities. The pay is competitive but will likely be on the lower than average range.

    Cons

If you're stuck in the wrong position (customer service), you will hate life. If that's you, apply to any/all openings you qualify for and hope that some hiring manager saves you. Otherwise, it'll wreck your psyche.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Ease up on the csr. The job is hell and you're not exactly paying a premium to attract the best talent.
