E*TRADE Financial – “man battle stations!”

Pros

Good Environment, opportunity to advance, flexible time off. In general the people you worked with were willing to help, managers tired their best.

Cons

No bonus, stock price is still really low, they really blew it 2 years ago and have not really recovered. The 401k match was 2% when they were doing well 3 years ago... It really makes you think when the executives used to talk about their huge profit ratio, but they only matched 2%

Advice to Senior Management

At the road show don't talk about your huge profit ratio when the compensation is lower than your competitors. Offer more defined career paths.
