Pretty relaxed environment. They have been getting a lot less relaxed as of late, especially with the economy in bad condition.

Cons

They don't pay very well and haven't given raises in over three years to anyone in the company unless promoted.

Advice to Senior Management

Pay your employees what they are worth or they will be unhappy and look for another job while getting paid at yours.
