Pros

Semi Stable job, personal trading is limited but not as limited as outside companies, good hours, i would consider outside offers before looking here.

Cons

No pay increase for over 3 years, bonuses are low, management makes sure you know you are replaceable. Many of my peers hate there job and just stay because of a poor job market.

Advice to Senior Management

Review your long term Sr. Managers and above, its club to them and they not only show no respect to anyone below them but they show no respect to each other.
