Decent place to work, with inconsistent salary structures but very flexible work atmosphere.

ProsThe environment and work schedules are very flexible, Can work from home couple of days a week with no issues,

ConsVery inconsistent salary structure, existing employees are not taken care of. Things are very dynamic which can lead to frustration.

Advice to Senior ManagementMake employees happy by listening to what they want in terms of career growth and provide opportunities for the same.
