    Cons

Like most government like companies, technology, processes, and department reliance are just average.

    Pros

Good pay, good benefits, easy work.

    Cons

Stifling government job. Low expectations. An air of complacency and self-congratulation that will suck the life right out of you.

There are people there that care; there are people there that don't; once you're in, it doesn't matter. You don't have to care. It's a resting spot until you can retire. Don't bother going if you have any ambition.

    Advice to Management

Fire half your staff, cut your rates in half, and start over. The culture of complacency is so ingrained, it can never be reformed.
