Former Employee - Territory Sales Manager in Roanoke, VA

I worked at EBSCO Publishing full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Very simple product to learn and sell. The interview process and training was easy. I was a Territory Manager / Sales.

    Cons

On ride days, my Manager displayed strange, demeaning and unprofessional behavior.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I very carefully gave upper management the opportunity to know more about my manager's behavior. They did not care or want to know. They would not even acknowledge that it existed. This represented a serious red flag.
