ConsLow pay, minimal time off, not much room for advancement

Advice to Senior ManagementGive employess a clearer sense of the bigger picture before starting new intiatives and offer more opportunities for meaningful advancement and increase in pay.

    Long working Hours and be careful with Supervisors

    A good work place for someone who joined with close ties to the top or middle management. Experience varies for others
