Pros – Good work atmosphere
Complimentary tea and coffee in the office space
Good and affordable on-site cafeteria

Cons – Big noisy open plan office - this also means there was direct competition for sales
Paid minimum wage - but expected for an entry-level job

Advice to Senior Management – Keep going in that direction
