Strong stable company. "Average" here would be superior at 99.44% of other companies. Company has high standards for employee conduct--racism, sexism, etc. are not tolerated at all. Worldwide presence. Many great opportunities for people willing to devote themselves to their work. Current senior leaders have a great understanding of how to sell our services. Cons

It's tough to find a "great" parking spot if you're even a few minutes late. It's easy to develop hubris, and that hurts relationships with friends who work elsewhere. Like many other places, what your manager tells you might be superseded by a decision from someone higher up.

Advice to Senior Management

You're doing a great job! Keep it up! But those of us who remember Dick Brown are still hurt by his legacy. Please don't be like him. Ever.
