Pros

People are dedicate and care about the customer. Compensation is good and the health insurance is very reasonable. Management give good feed back on perfomrance and is will rollup their sleeves and helpout when asked.

Cons

To often the products direction is driven by big deals instead of long term market requirements. To much duplication of effort across groups.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take some of the money earmarked for acquisitions and re-invest it in development, QA and support resources in the US. In 18-24 months the return in increased moral and contribution will far outweigh the return you would receive form an acquisition of the same cost.

    Pros

    Flexibile timings,
    Good for individual contributor for fresher to 5yrs of experience guys
    Good package structure. Good tax benefits in the package

    Cons

    No process involved
    Always pressure to write the code
    No proper project plan, timelines and tracking resource work.
    Poor in risk management
    No design documents maintain. No architecture documents writes.......
    Management force employees to just write code and won't worry on design.

    Product company require proper design documents for good results. Align the process for good results
