Current Employee – been working at EHR full-time
Pros – Company has experienced growth year after year.
Great vacation plans.
Flexibility to work remotely from home in many positions.
Options for many different shifts.
Overtime often available if you want to make extra money.
Cons – Acquired by United Health Group and has experienced changes.
Evenings and weekends required in some positions.
2 Holidays a year requirement in most positions.
Bonus payouts are less than they used to be (but still more than you might expect at any other company).
Advice to Senior Management – Recognize current staff for their hard work.
Communicate bonus payouts clearly to employees.
