    I worked at EIS full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Outwardly staff are friendly and accommodating to general needs.

    Cons

    The ability to gather correct information needed to create or fix either new Sites and ongoing programs
    is non- existent in their current company configuration. Individuals are swapped, demoted or put in positions where nothing can get done.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get organized in a simple and effective manner before you loose more people to outside competitors.

    I worked at EIS for more than 3 years

    Pros

    has a positive niche in the Coast Guard community, as a former 'Coastie" this is near to my personal core ... i enjoy Coast Guard associated work

    Cons

    sometimes not willing to pay employees near their worth, which creates a very fast turn-over rate amongst the empployess ... steady , but not truly building the business ...

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    that you don't release a person for asking for a salary increase , when it's what that individual should have been paid to start ...
