Pros – Very good in house training - I've never experienced better anywhere else
Good salary
Very good performance review and career progression frameworks
Nice offices and location

Cons – Deep silo mentality where departments don't communicate, are secretive with one another and hoarde knowledge and information.
Departments run like little companies, with lots of duplicated effort.

Advice to Senior Management – Break down the barriers between departments.
Don't allow silos to develop
Encourage knowledge sharing
Eliminate duplicate departments
