    Pros

    EMC is one of the best employers that I've worked with. Here are a few positives for all of you:
    1) Great Management

    1) A bit too relaxed environment. Must be a little more agressive.

    I have been working at EMC full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    EMC encourages employees for internal innovations. Challenging tasks, dynamic work environment. Lot of talented people around me.
    I rate career opportunities as good ones - ofr those who are talented and active, can be accountable and initiative.

    Cons

    My work/life balance might be better - this is the reverse side of challenging tasks.
    Compensations and benefits system should be more dynamic and flexible to react quickly on market changes and provide adequate promotions capabilities.
    More focus on "those 20% who does 80% of work" - and need to make this ratio better!

    More focus should be on removing duplicated efforts and incubating internal innovations.
