    Pros

    Good people and work environment

    Cons

No where to move up, upper management wasted talent and a good product and let it stagnate.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't just try to milk a product for as long as you can. Try to innovate and not let all the competitors leapfrog you.

I have been working at EMC full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

A market leader, with an excellent vision & better technologies. The acquisition policy has been one
    of the keys of success.

    Cons

EMC Spain "is different" because nepotism predominates over meritocracy, the appearance over the results, rumors over the facts... Unfortunately, among others, local HR favors it.

Something as complicated to extirpate as a cancer

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

"The Truth is Out There" I mean, the Business, is out of the office...
Managers should exercise their responsibilities mainly in front of the customers, not just in internal meetings.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
