Pros

If you work at a Regional Level you will have more exposure

Cons

Working at the Local Hong Kong office is TERRIBLE

Learn to manage people, Have absoutly NO management skills! Get some training...

    Professional, knowledgeable and motivated people work at EMC, you will really appreciate the talent around you and the contacts you'll make.

    Cons

    The diversity program is still in it's infancy - I would like to see more happening in the international offices too.

    I have been working at EMC full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    Great Benefits, Unbeatable products, flexibility, very smart experienced people

    Cons

    Too much change and re-organization does not create consistent technical account coverage for customers, and doesn't reward the Technology consultants who may have cultivated and sold the account, but do not reap the long term financial benefits of remaining on the account.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Make exceptions and allow TC's to stay on the accounts they sold even if they are not in their district.
