    Pros

Work from home, hands off management, reasonable scheduling flexibility.

    Cons

Core products are pushing 30 years old with ZERO vision on how to innovate them to address the modern IT consumer's needs; Byzantine internal systems that surround the configuration, ordering, and inventory of customers' systems; an HR system that operates like it's 1973 at IBM; and 25 executives who simply move from position to position without providing any leadership or guidance on where the company is headed...just that we need to keep making more money.

    Advice to Management

Sell the company and make your money already; we know it's what you want to do, anyway.
