I have been working at EMC full-time (more than a year)

Pros

Great company with lots of opportunities and perks. Great working environment. Supportive, hands-off management staff that let's people impact the business in their own personal way and constantly looks for feedback for improvements. Plenty of promotion opportunities for the right people.

Cons

It is such a great company that finding cons is very difficult. Any con would be associated with it being such a large company, where personal connection with upper management can be a challenge to establish, and constant business changes makes job security never a sure thing. But this goes for pretty much any company.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep being innovative and asking for associate feedback. Act on the feedback, and constantly search for new ways to keep employees engaged.
