I have been working at EMC full-time (more than a year)

Pros

EMC offers great challenges and pays well. There are a also a lot of community involvement options for those who are interested.

Cons

In many occasions projects change and people move from one business unit to another. There is no clear path for people to develop themselves and to advance their career. There was a bad atmosphere at least in the groups that I have been in

    Lack of flexibility in choosing your tasks, emphasizes etc. Too many meetings
