EMC – “Was good....got bad!”

Pros

Was a great company to work for untila about 2-3 years ago. Great benifits and pay. Very high tech and nice facilities.

Cons

Started hiring "B" players as managers. Lack of support from line managers. Way too politacal to be effective at your job. Off shoring everything.

Advice to Senior Management

Look back to waht made you successful serveral years ago. There is entirely too much reporting efforts that are replicated. This drags down the ability of your people to be efffective.
