    Pros

Great benefits (Cadillac healthcare, PTO, Life Insurance, childcare if you live close to HQ), middle management has been great (macro managers, hard workers, etc). Salaries are competitive.

    Cons

The top brass make random decisions with no rhyme or reason. There are definite cliques and if your manager isn't in it, then your group gets short changed. Resources to support sales are practically non-existent. Many people only get promoted because they fit into the "old boys" club version of a sales guy: white good looking former jocks who kiss up to the right people and aren't very bright.

    Advice to Management

My advice is if you have lost your drive to lead please just get out of the way and let someone else take the reins. Your misguided decisions are affecting everyone.
