    Pros

    PRIOR TO THE TRANSFORMATION:
    Fair raises
    Good benefits
    Work / life balance

    Cons

    Ghosting hours
Lowers your utilization = no bonus for you = lowers your salary
Hard to transfer within the company
    Limited training
No recognition to coworkers - the same few get recognized or your direct management won't give you recognition because it comes out of their budget which messes with their personal bonuses
    Managers have their own agenda
    Unclear direction from executive management
Talents not put to good use
Executive management create more management positions to keep their jobs and put you out of yours
    Constant layoffs
Anyone with talent has either jumped ship or laid off
Blind leading the blind - hires new employees to perform tasks that they are not prepared for
    Terrible leadership
Sexual advances from married male coworkers - they are not married while they are not home and if you don't comply then they will bash you in front of other coworkers
    Good ol' boys club

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Why break something that's working completely fine? Just so a couple of executive could keep their jobs and buy bigger houses or go on more luxurious vacations?

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
