Current Employee – been working at EMCOR (Connecticut)
Pros – Flexible with your schedule. Its a job in this rough economy.
Cons – Will give you added responsibilty without pay increase. Have to beg for a pay increase. Training is never receieved. Partially reasoning is because operation engineer is not familiar with our individual jobs so he is not aware of how to support us with proper training.The manager has a temper beyond belief. Cares less about the people that work under him. VERY obvious. Supervisors will "throw you under the bus" if they do not like you. Biggest CON is the unethical behavior displayed.
Advice to Senior Management – Take some business classes to understand the ethics and knowledge in regard to properly work with employees.
